Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7 after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for orders placed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it using UPS or FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide tracking information when available.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@arkendale.com We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.

5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal delays) may impact your delivery date. We are not liable for delays once your order has been shipped.

6. Issues with Your Order
If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged, please contact us within 5 of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
